Senior Litigation Paralegal & Office Manager

Carolina Harding was born in Santiago, Chile. She moved to Queens, New York with her family at the age of 15 where she went to high school and learned English. Carolina got into the legal field because it was important to her to help underserved communities. She has worked in this field for over 12 years. In her free time, Carolina enjoys reading, boating with her family, playing drums, and going to concerts with her husband.

Marissa Morton

Senior Paralegal

Marissa was born and raised in Western Washington. She graduated from the University of Puget Sound, where she studied Politics & Government. In 2010, Marissa moved to South America where she learned to speak, read, and write in Spanish. Marissa has always been concerned with legal studies and seeking justice for those who have been wronged. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, two children, and their dogs.

Jessica Rojas

Legal Assistant

Jessica, born and raised in Washington State, discovered her passion for the legal field during her tenure as a receptionist at a personal injury law firm. She aspired to provide aid and assistance to individuals within her community, particularly those facing challenges. During her leisure hours, she finds joy in cooking, reading, and cherishing moments spent with her family.

Amanda Schumacher

Paralegal

Amanda, originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, grew up in an Austin, Texas suburb before settling in Everett. She earned an Associates degree with honors in psychological studies from Everett Community College and pursued another Associates degree in Paralegal Studies at Edmonds College, also with honors. Concurrently, Amanda served as an office administrator at a process service company, expanding her exposure to various legal specialties. Her passion for aiding motor vehicle collision victims ignited during a paralegal program internship, shaping her career focus. In her free time, Amanda, now residing with her husband and three cats, indulges in cross-stitching, cooking, and floral design projects.

Jacqueline Banks

Communications Director

Jacqueline is a Northwest native, raised in Black Diamond WA. She attended University of Washington studying Political Science and Communication as well as the School of Visual Concepts in Seattle. Jacqueline works on law firm strategic communication, branding, design, and marketing. She enjoys waterskiing, snow skiing, yoga and gardening in her free time.

Micah Ping

Victims Advocate

Micah hails from Eastern Washington originally and studied at Western Washington University. In this role he works with community partners to facilitate connections between injury victims, their care team, and legal advocates. He is a father to two young boys and enjoys waterskiing, hunting and camping with friends and family.
